Artist's Comments
My first attempt at a plated dessert. I'm working on another cake and had extra batter, so I used my mini fluted tube pans and angel pans (3" each). My mom wanted chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream for dessert, so this is what I came up with to make it semi-presentable.
In the future I'll give myself more workspace so I can do a better job with the design.
Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, blueberries, cranberries, diluted apple-raspberry syrup.
